Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the use of information submitted by Users by, through, and to the website www.iclearpath.com (the “Site”), a property of ClearPath Inc. (the “Company”). All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use posted on the Site.

Protecting the privacy of your information is important to us. We use the industry standard technology to protect the security of your information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. Our privacy policies are as follows:

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

The Company observes strict compliance with all federal and state statutes and regulations governing the storage, use, and transmission of personally identifiable financial and other information (“PII”). The Company will not collect any PII unless a User provides it to us in accordance with the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy.

The Company may collect and store PII about persons who visit the Site and voluntarily submit information in contacting the Company or utilizing the Services. We will only use this information (1) to contact you, (2) to provide you with information you may request in connection with the Services, (3) to perform the Services, (4) to periodically send you information about the Company or the Site (unless you direct otherwise), and (5) for the Company’s internal quality control purposes. We may use third-party contractors to help us perform the Services and may disclose PII to these contractors for those limited purposes. Each such contractor shall agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Company may also collect certain limited PII from Users by “passive” means through the use of cookies. We will use this information solely for internal quality control purposes.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Site is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 unless supervised by an adult or guardian. We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of users of this Site, including complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and we do not wish to collect any such information. In the event that we have knowledge that a child under the age of 13 has submitted any personal information to us via this Site, we may use the child’s email address for the sole purpose of responding to the child’s question on a one-time-only basis. We will not use the child’s email address for any other purpose and we will delete it from our records. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information other than an email address from a child under the age of 13, we will delete the information immediately.

CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS INFORMATION

The Company will not collect any Confidential Information unless a User provides it to us in accordance with the Terms of Use .

The Company may collect and store Confidential Information about businesses that visit the Site and voluntarily submit information in contacting the Company or utilizing the Services. We will only use this information (1) to contact you, (2) to provide you with information you may request in connection with the Services, (3) to perform the Services, (4) to periodically send you information about the Company or the Site (unless you direct otherwise), and (5) for the Company’s internal quality control purposes. We may use third party contractors to help us perform the Services and may disclose Confidential Information to these contractors for those limited purposes. Each such contractor shall agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. CORPORATE CLIENT LIST

If User is a corporation, limited liability company, or other business entity, User hereby grants Company the right to include User’s corporate or d/b/a name in a list of its corporate clients for marketing and business development purposes.

AGGREGATE USAGE INFORMATION

We may collect, store, and analyze aggregate or anonymous usage information regarding User contact with and use of the Site and the Services. User acknowledges that aggregate anonymous usage information may be used or shared by the Company with third parties for product development purposes and to illustrate general patterns and trends. Additionally, for corporate clients, aggregate anonymous usage information may be shared with one or more commercial information databases that publish facts and analysis of trends regarding companies and industries. In such instances, the corporate client’s name may be included in the information submitted to the commercial information database.

LIMITATION

The Company shall not be liable for the privacy of any information published by any User for general viewing on the Site or otherwise made public by such User.
